SG Sport Panel

Sports Hall with white SG Sport Acoustic Wall Panels

SG Sport panels are designed for the acoustic treatment of Sports Halls and other areas where an attractive but very tough Class A acoustic finish is required. They are suitable for use where high energy sports are played – eg football, basketball – as well as less demanding environments.

In sports halls, SG Sport panels are fitted to wall areas (generally above door height) either as a continuous lining, or in a series of blocks located between sports equipment.

SG Sport panels are also suitable for installation directly to the underside of sports hall ceilings or as a continuous suspended ceiling.

Panels consist of a dense, resin bonded acoustic fibre core with a coloured woven textile facing giving outstanding resilience and durability.

The combination of acoustic performance with an attractive and tough face means that SG Sport panels can also be used in other areas such as schools, offices and light industrial zones.

Panels are available with two edge details-

SG/C Sport panels have reinforced bevelled edges and are installed with butt joints.

SG/A Sport panels have straight cut edges and are installed with vertical Tee bars.

Both panel types are installed within a wall mounted perimeter channel frame.
